Trilovin JMT formula provides effective natural support for muscles, tendons, connective tissues and relief from muscle pain following exercise and other strenuous activities. Trilovin JMT contains: Methyl Sulfonyl Methane (MSM), Tribulus Terrestris L and Glucosamine Sulfate.
Glucosamine, most commonly used in the form glucosamine sulfate, is a simple molecule derived from glucose, the principal sugar found in blood. In glucosamine, one oxygen atom in glucose is replaced by a nitrogen atom. The chemical term for this modified form of glucose is amino sugar.
Glucosamine is produced naturally in the body, where it is a key building block for making cartilage.
Studies suggest that glucosamine supplements can relieve pain and improve mobility in osteoarthritis, a disease in which cartilage in joints becomes stiffer and may wear away. Besides relieving symptoms, there is some evidence that glucosamine might actually slow the progression of the disease.
MSM (methyl sulfonyl methane) is a sulfur-containing compound normally found in many of the foods we eat. It is chemically related to DMSO (dimethyl sulfoxide), a popular treatment for arthritis. When DMSO is applied on the skin or taken orally, about 15% of it breaks down in the body to form MSM.
Some researchers have suggested that the resulting MSM could be responsible for the benefits attributed to DMSO. If so, MSM might be preferable as a treatment, because it does not cause some of the unpleasant side effects associated with DMSO treatment, such as body odor and bad breath. In addition, as a natural substance found in food, MSM would be expected to have a good safety profile.
